The present Association of Persons ("AOP") being "Laxmi Lifestyle" is in the process of being incorporated into a Company/Society in order to facilitate the objects of the present AOP. All persons subscribing to become members of the present AOP expressly agree to abide by all the rules, regulations, agreements, decisions, resolutions, orders and actions etc. whatsoever made by the present AOP, which shall be binding on all such persons and thereafter, to become the members of the proposed Company/Society to be so incorporated and to abide by the Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association, rules, regulations and bye-laws of the said proposed Company/Society. The members also expressly agree to abide by all agreements, decisions, resolutions and orders/actions etc. whatsoever that shall be made by the Governing Body/Board of Directors of the proposed Company/Society on behalf of the proposed Company/Society and duly acknowledge that all such agreements, decisions, resolutions, rules, regulations, orders and actions that shall be taken by the Governing Body/Board of Directors of the said proposed Company/Society on behalf of the said proposed Company/Society shall be binding on all such persons. By agreeing to the above all such persons subscribing to become members of the present AOP/ the said proposed Company/Society to be incorporated expressly agree and ratify all the decisions taken till date by the present AOP."
